Questions

1.   How do I search for current vacancies?

If you are a graduate you may send a speculative application via the Graduate page. Experienced candidates may search for vacancies published on the Opportunities.

 

2.   Can I apply for a role in more than one location?

You are able to apply for a role in more than one location when making a speculative application on the Graduate and Experienced section. If you are applying for a specific job vacancy as listed on the Opportunities page, you will be able to make a selection for multiple locations only if the job is actually open in more locations.

 

3.   My academic background differs from your requirements. Can I apply anyway?

We are interested in examining graduate applications from different academic backgrounds and will make our selection on a case-by-case basis

 

4.   Do you take speculative applications?

We welcome speculative applications. If you are a student or a graduate please visit the Graduate to upload your CV; if you are a senior candidate you may send your speculative application via the Experienced Page.

 

5.   How is the selection process organised?

This varies between offices and job level and can include screening, testing, an assessment centre and interviews. The process usually involves a meeting with Human Resources, followed by one or more technical interviews with a manager and a final Partner interview. We will feedback at each stage.

 

6.   How can I prepare for my interview?

Our selection process is based on the key competencies relevant to each business and role. We recommend carefully reviewing the job description and researching information on the company and the specific business for which you are applying. We will also be assessing your personal skills and your cultural fit with Be.

 

7.   I applied one year ago but wasn’t contacted. May I reapply?

Yes. Please send us your updated resume.

 

8.   I was unsuccessful in my application – can I reapply for a different role?

You are welcome to reapply at any time and we will decide on a case-by case basis.

 

9.   What is the working language?

While day to day interactions are usually conducted in the local language, as an international consultancy we expect all candidates to be fluent in written and spoken English. A working knowledge of other foreign languages is highly desirable.

 

10.   Are there any international opportunities?

We are a pan-European organisation with a global mindset. We enable cross border experiences for many of our people. Client projects often take Consultants to major cities across the globe. We also offer an international mobility program.
