- University Business Administration, MBA desirable.
- A keen interest in Loyalty & Promotions and Digital Marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Fluency in English is a must, proficiency in other European languages desirables
- Proven track record of 5-8 years in Consultancy (business management ) and Loyalty & promotion agencies (Loyalty, digital communication, customer experience optimization)
- Extensive experience in the Consumer’s engagement field: loyalty, promotion, campaign design and execution, communication.
- Ability to interact with the client, to identify business needs, assess potential improvements and propose deliverable marketing solutions, as well as pool of suppliers.
- Expertise in supporting banks and merchants in achieving business top priorities, delivering and monitoring both B2B and B2C marketing solutions to sustain customer base and value growth, from acquisition to loyalty.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills.
- Availability to work abroad for international assignments or for foreign branches.
